The Credentials Office is no longer accepting walk-ins and everyone must schedule an appointment. Please read through all the available appointments and select the one that meets the services that you require. Dropping off separations/returning a badge, vehicle permit drop-off/pick-up, damaged badge reprints, adding a Customs seal or adding escort authority DO NOT require an appointment.
Due to limited seating and space in the lobby, please only come in the building at your confirmed appointment time and proceed to the Check-in Window.
Two pieces of government-issued ID are required for applications and renewals. Your DTW Airport ID Badge does NOT count towards these requirements. Please, refer to our website for more information.
If you have a CBP Seal on your Badge, you will be required to report to the CBP office in the North Terminal baggage claim BEFORE your scheduled Badge renewal appointment. Please leave enough time so that you won't miss your appointment time.
Remember, Stay Home if you are sick! Wash your hands frequently, wear a face covering when in public enclosed spaces and practice social distancing.
